By making a booking, using our website, or participating in any trip, tour, package, transportation, accommodation, or travel service arranged by ReadyGo Trips, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
ReadyGo Trips provides travel and tour services including tour packages, transportation, accommodation, sightseeing, group trips, adventure trips, and customized travel arrangements. Services may involve third-party providers such as hotels, transport operators, activity providers, guides, restaurants, and vendors.
A booking is confirmed only after the required booking amount is received and confirmation is communicated by ReadyGo Trips. The standard booking amount is Rs. 1,000 per person unless a package states otherwise. Payment confirms that the customer has read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. Bookings are subject to availability of transport, accommodation, activities, and included services.
Remaining balance must be paid as per the schedule communicated at booking. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and applicable charges. Additional services, upgrades, personal expenses, optional activities, and items not included in the package are payable separately by the traveller.
Cancellation requests must be communicated in writing through an official channel. The Rs. 1,000 per person booking amount is generally non-refundable, subject to package-specific cancellation terms. Cancellation charges may vary by cancellation date, hotel and transport policies, destination, package type, vendor policies, and days remaining before departure. No refund is ordinarily provided for no-shows, early exits, or voluntarily unused services.
Date-change requests are subject to availability and operational feasibility. Additional charges may apply depending on hotels, transport, activities, and vendor policies. A date change is confirmed only after written confirmation from ReadyGo Trips.
ReadyGo Trips may modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel trips due to severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions, political disturbances, strikes, transport disruptions, landslides, floods, snowfall, safety concerns, operational difficulties, insufficient participation, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. ReadyGo Trips will make reasonable efforts to provide alternatives, rescheduling, or applicable solutions based on recoverable amounts from third parties.
ReadyGo Trips is not responsible for delays, interruptions, modifications, losses, additional expenses, or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, strikes, accidents, road conditions, and transportation failures. Refunds or compensation will depend on recoverable amounts and applicable package policy.
Itineraries may change due to weather, traffic, road conditions, local restrictions, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances. Sightseeing order may change without affecting the overall nature of the trip. ReadyGo Trips will make reasonable efforts to provide alternatives where possible. No automatic refund applies if an attraction, activity, route, or service becomes unavailable beyond company control.
Transportation is provided according to the selected package and vehicle category. Vehicle allocation may change due to route conditions, group size, availability, or operational requirements. Travellers must follow instructions from drivers, trip captains, coordinators, and local authorities. ReadyGo Trips is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, roadblocks, weather, accidents, or circumstances beyond its control.
Accommodation is provided according to the selected room category and sharing basis. Hotel allocation is subject to availability and may be changed to a similar-standard property where necessary. Standard check-in and check-out timings apply unless stated otherwise. Personal hotel charges and damage caused by travellers are payable by the traveller.
Meals are provided only where specifically mentioned in the selected package. Menus may vary by destination, hotel, restaurant, availability, and operational conditions. Dietary requirements should be communicated at booking, but specific items cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.
Travellers must carry valid government identification, provide accurate information, follow coordinator and local authority instructions, comply with laws, maintain appropriate conduct, respect fellow travellers and local communities, report at designated points on time, and take reasonable care of belongings. Losses or expenses due to negligence, misconduct, illegal activity, or failure to follow instructions are the traveller’s responsibility.
ReadyGo Trips is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of belongings, valuables, electronics, documents, cash, jewellery, luggage, or personal items. Travellers should keep valuables secure at all times.
Travellers are responsible for assessing their fitness and suitability for selected trips and activities. Relevant medical, mobility, dietary, or other requirements should be shared with ReadyGo Trips. Adventure, trekking, high-altitude, water, or physically demanding activities involve inherent risks and are undertaken at the traveller’s discretion.
Adventure activities such as trekking, rafting, camping, boating, paragliding, skiing, safaris, and outdoor activities may involve inherent risks. Participation may depend on age, health, weather, safety, local regulations, and operator requirements. ReadyGo Trips may refuse participation where safety risk is reasonably believed.
Travellers are responsible for carrying all required documents including identification, permits, tickets, licences, or documents applicable to the trip. ReadyGo Trips is not responsible for consequences from incorrect, expired, missing, or invalid documents.
ReadyGo Trips may arrange services through third-party providers including hotels, transport companies, activity operators, restaurants, guides, and vendors. Performance of third-party services is subject to their policies and limitations. Claims relating to third-party services may also be subject to that provider’s terms.
Package prices are based on inclusions mentioned at booking. Prices may change before confirmation due to transport costs, hotel rates, taxes, fuel prices, permits, entry fees, or operational costs. Confirmed bookings follow the booking confirmation, subject to customer changes or unforeseen third-party charges.
Discounts, promotional prices, early-bird offers, referral offers, and special deals may have specific terms and may not be combined unless permitted. ReadyGo Trips may modify or withdraw offers before booking confirmation.
Photos and videos may be captured during group trips and events for operational, promotional, marketing, or social media purposes. Where required by law, appropriate consent will be obtained. Travellers who do not wish to appear in promotional content should communicate this in advance.
ReadyGo Trips may remove a traveller without refund for serious misconduct including violence, harassment, abuse, illegal activities, property damage, serious intoxication, disruptive behaviour, safety risks, or repeated rule violations. Additional expenses arising from such conduct are borne by the traveller.
Eligible refunds are processed according to the applicable package cancellation policy after deducting non-refundable amounts, cancellation charges, third-party charges, and applicable expenses. Processing time depends on payment method and banking or payment gateway procedures.
ReadyGo Trips makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate, but photos, descriptions, itineraries, hotel images, travel times, distances, prices, and other information may change. Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, copy content without permission, use it fraudulently, introduce harmful code, or interfere with functionality.
To the extent permitted by law, ReadyGo Trips is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or unforeseeable losses caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including delays, cancellations, weather, road conditions, third-party failures, personal injury, lost belongings, missed connections, or travel plan changes, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Complaints should be reported as soon as reasonably possible during the trip so ReadyGo Trips can address them. Post-trip complaints should be communicated promptly with booking details and supporting information.
Personal information collected during booking may be used for booking management, communication, payment processing, customer support, travel arrangements, and legitimate business purposes according to the applicable Privacy Policy.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes are subject to competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered or business location of ReadyGo Trips.
By booking, paying the booking amount, using the website, or participating in a ReadyGo Trips trip, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. ReadyGo Trips may update these Terms from time to time; the latest website version applies to future bookings unless specified otherwise.
